This is the follow up session to Ajahn Achalo’s earlier session about the importance of daily formal meditation to increase mindfulness and ways to create this daily habit. The sessions are very interactive, with attendees offered the valuable opportunity to receive practical advice from Ajahn Achalo about their meditation practice and daily meditation. You do not need to have attended the earlier session to join this session. All welcome.
Hybrid event: Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive session with the speaker, with the discussions facilitated by Tina Ng in person at the Metta Centre (Bankstown).
