Bring your children to our Dhamma School where classes will be taught in English by teachers accredited by the Buddhist Council of NSW. Lessons are suitable for children from 6-16 years old. We will have lots of fun with activities such as storytelling, acting, colouring in, singing and much more! Every Sunday, 2-4PM.
Lessons taught will include:
- The life of Buddha
- Meditation & monkey mind
- Forgiveness
- Generosity
- Respect
- Compassion
- Homage to the Buddha in Pali
- The five precepts
- Loving kindness
- Positive attitude
- Patience
- How to be a good friend
