Join Rainbodhi for some stunning scenery as we take a quiet stroll on the a Boora Point walking track in Malabar Headland National Park, just 30 minutes from Sydney CBD. Take your time to connect with nature as we walk through lush coastal vegetation, pausing to watch the waves below from lookouts, and meditate together on rugged cliff tops.

Time: 2 – 5 pm (allow 3 hours of leisurely loop-walk including stops and breaks)
Location: Malabar Headland National Park (South Maroubra)
Where to meet: South Maroubra Surf Life Saving Club at the end of Bernie Kelly Dr, South Maroubra.
How to get there?
Public Transport
From the city to Marine Parade, South Maroubra: bus 395, 396 or 397 on Elizabeth Street or Liverpool street next to Hyde Park .
From Eastgardens to Maroubra Beach: bus 317 or 353.
Parking
Western section: South Maroubra Beach carpark, Arthur Byrne Reserve, Pioneers Park carpark and Ford Road.
Eastern section: South Maroubra Beach carpark, Arthur Byrne Reserve and Fishermans Road carpark
Please note, parking is limited in this park and on busy days there may be no place to park.
What to bring and wear?
Hat
Sunscreen Snacks, fruit, and water
Swimmers and towels (for optional swimming)
Comfortable hiking shoes
Jacket or windcheater
Accessibility Information
This event may not be suitable for everyone. The walk covers rugged, rocky terrain along sea cliffs, with some steps, uneven surfaces and areas with no path. You will require a medium level of fitness. There are a few ‘hard grade’ sections which include stepping over rocky boulders. Please contact us if you require further information.
