Problems are the leading edge or horizon of change in our lives. Before real change is possible, we first have to see, feel and understand “what is”. What is the source of the reactivity we are encountering in ourselves? What do we perceive to be at stake? What assumptions are we making? What representations of ourselves and others are involved?
This webinar will present the approach of “Inquiring Deeply” about problems, using the method of inquiry to explore how the experience of Self and Other is involved in emotional pain and relational suffering.
Dr Marjorie Schuman is a Clinical Psychologist and psychoanalyst in private practice in Santa Barbara, California. Marjorie is the author of the acclaimed text; Inquiring Deeply: Mindfulness Informed Relational Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis, (2017).
