January 12th – Was Finding Unconditional peace within Meditation

February 2nd
Insight into Emptiness: How to See Nobody
Seeing into emptiness may seem to be a realization suited only for a selected few. On the other hand, such seeing can be a simple affair, as simple as recognizing that there is nobody here at the very center of each moment of conscious experience, where we have come to believe is occupied by a “I” or self. In this workshop, we try on different meditations and perspective exercises to see if we can see nobody directly. All are welcome; no prerequisite required. The workshop will include explanations, guided meditations and time for Q&A.

March 1st
Relinquishing What Aren’t Ours: Meditations on Letting Go for Happiness
Letting go of our attachments starts with recognizing where we are stuck and how our reactive thinking and feeling are keeping us attached. In this workshop, we will apply the different aspects of the meditative training of our mindful attention to facilitate the untangling process of relinquishment. All are welcome; no prerequisite required. The workshop will include explanation, guided meditations and time for Q&A.

April 5th
Tong-len Meditation for Dealing with Anxious and Difficult Situations
When confronted with anxiety and other difficult emotions, we can rely on tong-len (taking-and-giving) meditation as a means to befriend these challenging experiences and work with them actively to find resolutions without the need to fall back on our flight, fight or freeze reactions. In this workshop, we try on this versatile method in a graduated manner to find out for ourselves how it can work for us. All are welcome; no prerequisite required. The workshop will include explanation, guided meditations and time for Q&A.

May 3rd
Listening from Your Aware-Space: An Effortless Approach to Meditation

Listening to both the sounds and silence can be an excellent way for us to discover the functioning of our consciousness, in the aspect of an Aware-Space. By practicing to abide in and be this aware-space during this workshop, we can access an approach to meditation that frees us from our usual struggle against any unwanted experiences in meditation. All are welcome; no prerequisite required. The workshop will include an explanation, guided meditations and time for Q&A.
