This four-day fasting and purification retreat will focus on the Nyung Ney practice under the guidance of Lama Chewang – a qualified retreat master from Rumtek Monastery in Sikkim.
This is a unique opportunity to study and practice a physical form of meditation and visualisation within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. The focus of Nyung Ney is on the 1000-armed Chenrezig (Buddha of Compassion).
