The good news is we can train our minds to be happy, and one of the ways is through mindfulness meditation. Or at the very least mindfulness can reduce our suffering. This talk is about mindfulness as a skill which can be practised both: during formal meditation sits, and throughout each day by many mindful moments. Mindfulness meditation has the capacity to short-circuit our habitual tendencies and lessen the automatic proliferation of story-making in our minds. This is an opportunity for you to find out if you can reap these benefits by applying mindfulness in your daily life.
