We live in turbulent times and are faced with numerous sources of disharmony including personal struggles, relationship difficulties, climate change, and political and social instability. How can these elements be negotiated? How do we reconcile seemingly conflicting views to achieve outcomes that are beneficial for ourselves, those around us and for those who will inherit our legacies?
