From 2 August, we will no longer provide a qigong class by donation.  The teacher, Adam Wiltshire, would like to manage the class himself. Adam will offer a 10-week term, from 2 August to 4 October, at the same time and location.

The cost is: Drop-in: $25 per class; 10 class pass: $200.

‘Qi’ roughly translates to ‘Vital energies’ and ‘Gong’ to ‘Cultivation’ and is more simply described as a Chinese style of gentle yoga. Medical Qigong is one of the five types of Chinese medicine and is over 2000 years old.

In this morning class, we will be learning a series of transformative healing movements to nourish your body, calm your mind and energise your spirit!

Teacher’s Profile:

Adam Wiltshire is the founder of the Australian School of Energetics. He is a Sydney-based Reiki master teacher, qigong instructor, and meditation facilitator. Has trained with Qigong Grand Masters from Boston, Argentina and Manchuria. He is based in Glebe where he runs personal Reiki consultations along with facilitating regular Qigong and Reiki workshops.
