Free Wellbeing Classes at Local Libraries

Weekly at Campsie and Chester Hill
Quarterly at Bankstown Library

Metta Centre is partnering up with local libraries to deliver free wellbeing classes on talks, meditation, qigong and yoga!

Starting 2 March for every week to mid-Dec, there will be one of these events at Campsie and Chester Hill libraries.  We will also have “tester sessions” quarterly at Bankstown library.

Together we are supporting community to develop skills to take care of themselves and others in a wholistic, caring way.
