We will be hosting the retreat at the centre, with meals catered.
We will continue to host the retreat on Webex for selected session for those who would like to do the retreat from home. We will use the same Webex room as our regular practices (please see the end of this email for WEBEX information).
Please let us know if you would like to join the retreat at the centre by 23 March.
The proposed schedule 4 sessions a day as follows:
Session 1: 8am to 9.30am (1.5 hrs) Webex
Session 2: 10am to 11.30m (1.5 hrs) Self practice
Session 3: 2pm to 3.30pm (1.5 hrs) Self practice
Session 4: 4pm to 6pm (2 hrs) Webex
