Please join us for a day of meditation at BMIMC on Sunday 10th July.

There will not be a formal schedule, but some of us will be there to begin at 9am with chanting of the Homage to the Buddha and the Refuges.

The hall will be open and heated until 5pm.  Come for the morning or the afternoon or all day or indeed drop by for just a sit if that’s all you can manage.  There will be silence around the hall only.

Soup and toast will be provided at 12.30 if you would like to partake.  The soup will be Gluten Free.  The dining area will be available all day with fridge, microwave and beverage-making facilities.

Payment is by donation.  The Dana box will be at the rear of the hall.
