Learning to be free from anger, impatience and guilt
2-week course by Robert Tomic
Tue 30 Jul, 6 Aug; 7:00 – 8:30pm
Location: Metta Centre
Cost: By Donation

The Buddha taught the most destructive emotion is anger.  Patience is the direct antidote and therefore one of the first steps we can take towards finding happiness.

Patience creates the karmic cause for us to have a pleasing appearance.  The first step on any spiritual path is knowing what we should adopt and should abandon; by understanding the advantages of patience, we would be developing strong renunciation for one of the three main causes of Samsara.  The only thing we have to lose are the karmic chains that bind us.  Do you have the patience to set yourself free?
