With the practice of Buddhist tantra, we can return a sense of wonder and bliss into our daily encounters, re-enchanting our world by shifting our perspective. In this advanced course, we will cover important tantric principles, such as the fundamental purity of our mind, the principle of transformation, utilisation of desire and pleasure in the spiritual path, techniques for meditative absorption, and so forth, and explore them through meditations inspired by the teachings.
This course looks at the wider application of tantric principles in our daily experiences and does not contradict the traditional requirement of secrecy in tantra. No prerequisite required. All are welcome.
