He is also the author of the highly acclaimed and ground-breaking book, The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying. Founder and spiritual director of Rigpa, an international network of Buddhist centres and groups, Rinpoche has been teaching in the West for over 35 years.

Topic: Forest Dhamma from East to West

Ajahn Pasanno (Reed Perry) was born in La Pas Manitoba in Canada. In 1974, he went to Thailand and ordained as a monk. He stayed and trained under Ven Ajahn Chah in 1975 and became the abbot of Wat Pa Nanachat (International branch monastery of Ajahn Chah in North East Thailand) in his seventh year.
