The Buddhist Council can facilitate communication channels from the Buddhist community to mainstream society in New South Wales.The media, government departments and representatives from other faith groups can contact the Buddhist Council.MWe are sometimes called upon to represent and articulate Buddhist views on contemporary social and community issues or religious or spiritual issues relating to Australian society.Our volunteers also support our Buddhist Helpline which tries to answer questions from the general community.
