Sunshine Class - Buddhist values and life skills for ages 7 to 14 years

The Buddhist Council of NSW in association with the Lao Buddhist Society of NSW presents the Sunshine Class.  A class teaching Buddhist values and life skills for ages 7 to 14 years.   

An experienced team of Buddhist educators from the Lao Buddhist Society of NSW will be teaching a Buddhist Dharma class in English for young people.  The venue is well equipped with the resources necessary for an enjoyable class. The typical format from 2pm to 4pm (with snack break) includes taking refuge, breathing and loving kindness meditation and a practical Dharma lesson.  There is no fee, but a donation is very welcome to cover rent and other costs.
