Mindful Eating and Living with Fiona Halar

This workshop with Fiona, a wholefood nutritionist, vegan and Buddhist, offers an insightful exploration into our relationship with food and our environment.

Learn about the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle and how certain mindfulness practices can help you make compassionate choices that have a profoundly positive affect not only your own health and well being, but also on the well being of other animals and our planet. The workshop also includes live demonstration of delicious food preparation.

Please register with VI office 02 9798 9644 beforehand.
